Photos are used to create your requested AI video. Photo selection stays on your device until you continue to checkout. Uploaded photos and the scene reference are sent to Flova to generate and enhance your video. Payment details are processed by Stripe.
An essential browser cookie connects this browser to your orders. Your checkout email is stored with your paid order for service notifications and order recovery. When email recovery is available, a short-lived, single-use link lets you access your orders on another browser. Recovery access lasts up to 30 days. Email messages are processed by our configured delivery provider, Cloudflare or Resend; they do not include your photo or video file. We do not use these emails for marketing.
We record limited first-party service events, such as a visit, upload, checkout, confirmed payment, generation, and download request. Campaign labels and the referring website domain help us understand which sources lead to completed orders. We do not store full referring URLs or photo contents in these event records. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for visit attribution; payment and delivery records remain necessary to provide the service. Visit attribution records are retained for up to 90 days; order-related records may be retained for accounting and support.
In our own storage, uploads without an order are removed after one day. Photos associated with completed, refunded or expired orders are removed after seven days. Generated downloads are available for 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and dispute handling. Flova and Stripe apply their own data retention policies.
